Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale is an American basketball player for the Dallas Wings in the Women's National Basketball Association. She played in the NCAA basketball tournament with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, after which she was drafted by the Wings as the 5th overall selection of the 2019 WNBA draft. She was named to the 7th July roster of 2014 and was also named to the 2014 USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale was also named as a member of the ACC All-Freshman Team following her debut year as a collegiate player. Kobe Bryant even thanked her for her large shots in the NCCA Tournament. While still relatively new she has made herself a top basketball player, and she is bound to continue on her path.
